NetAudit provides automated web accessibility scanning and compliance monitoring tools. Our service detects WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) violations and provides remediation guidance to help you build more inclusive digital experiences.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NetAudit to:

• Scan websites you do not own or have authorization to audit
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

NetAudit and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NetAudit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit to our service.

7. Limitation of Liability

NetAudit provides accessibility scanning tools to assist in identifying potential compliance issues. Our service does not guarantee full WCAG compliance or legal compliance with accessibility laws. You are responsible for final compliance decisions and implementations.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
